I'm running a Claude Code workshop in June

Quick note.

I'm running a workshop in June called Production-Grade Claude Code in 5 Days. Five live sessions on the parts of Claude Code most people never reach for, but where the actual value lives.

Here's what we cover.

๐Ÿ“ Day 1 is CLAUDE.md architecture. Most CLAUDE.md files are walls of text that Claude ignores. We'll write one that actually shapes how it codes.

๐Ÿช Day 2 is hooks. PreToolUse and PostToolUse hooks that catch dangerous commands or bad output before it lands.

๐Ÿ”Œ Day 3 is MCP servers. How to give Claude access to your database, your APIs, your external tools.

๐Ÿค– Day 4 is subagents and skills. When to dispatch parallel agents, how to write custom skills, plugin architecture.

๐Ÿš€ Day 5, we plan and ship a real feature together. Live, in front of you, using the full pipeline. Plan mode, TDD, code review, all of it.

Recordings go up after each session and stick around forever. The WotAI Skool community is included so Q&A keeps going past the workshop.

Regular is $497. Early bird is $297, and there are 5 of those seats left. Deadline is May 15.

Honest math: if this saves you 2 hours a week of fighting Claude Code, it pays for itself in a month. After that, the time is yours.

If you show up to session 1 and it doesn't change how you use Claude Code, just tell me. Full refund. No drama.

Now the community angle.

๐ŸŽŸ๏ธ I'm giving away 10 free seats to my Skool community. I'll do the random drawing on Wed May 20 and post the names in there that afternoon.

๐ŸŽ“ If you're a paid Skool member ($49 or $197), you're auto-entered. Nothing to do.
โšก If you're a free member, hit Level 3 in the community by Tue May 19 to enter.

Not in the community yet? Door's open: skool.com/wotai. Free to join, free to qualify, free to win.

If you'd rather just buy your seat directly, here's the page: wotai.co/workshops/production-grade-claude-code. Early bird saves you $200 if you grab it before May 15.

This is the workshop I'd want if I were you, trying to figure out what Claude Code can really do.

Alex

P.S. ๐ŸŽ If you hit Level 3 by May 19 and don't win the drawing, I'll DM you a coupon for the early bird price ($297), good through May 27. So you still save $200 and you got more involved in the community. Both wins.

If you're building with Claude Code, n8n, or AI agents in production, this is the email I'd want. Weekly recap of what shipped, what broke, and how I'm running it. Specific over vague. Replies welcome.

A week in, most people still think it's a new subscription tier parallel to Pro and Team. It isn't. It's a plugin. And whether you want it depends on what you're actually trying to get Claude to do. Should AI write your code unsupervised? My answer + today's source-control post. Plus 2.1.141 and Episode 2. Should AI write your code unsupervised? Hey Reader, Short answer to the subject line: yes โ€“ but only with the workflow underneath. "Unsupervised" doesn't mean nobody's reviewing, it means the human moves from typing to reviewing. The three reads below are the layers of that workflow stack. Plan Mode is how you organize a session before the agent runs. Source control is the safety net...
